Machine Details

Slot Die Coating Systerm:
1. Coating Die material: High temperature and wear-resistant alloy steel. The internal flow channel of the coating head is reasonably designed, the flow is fine and uniform, and the flow channel is polished.

2. It has the function of independent control and adjustment of multi-zone temperature. It can adjust the local temperature with high precision according to the needs, and has PID adjustment function.

3. The coating die is driven by a pneumatic cylinder. Its device is sturdy and stable, which is convenient for the substrate to pass through. It is exquisitely designed and equipped with an adjustment device for quick adjustment.
