Main Features
1. The box structure is a square tube, welded with steel plates;
2. The inner shell of the box is coated with an anti-sticking layer to reduce coke and facilitate cleaning and maintenance;
3. The heater is a cast aluminum electric heating plate and coated with an anti-sticking layer to prevent glue carbonization;
4. The heating is controlled by three independent temperature levels: upper, middle and lower;
5. The high-precision gear metering pump accurately controls the amount of adhesivs (the control method follows the main machine);
6. The double-channel filter fully filters impurities to ensure that the adhesive surface is flat and smooth;
7. High-precision temperature module, PLC touch screen operation;
8. Temperature control error no more than ±1.5ºC.
