Mainly used in the packaging industry, such as hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive coating for electronic product fixing tape, sealing tape, medical tape, automotive wiring harness tape, and various adhesive labels and other substrates.

• Adopts servo motors control, which has high-precision control, fast dynamic response, strong overload capacity and stable low-speed performance, ensuring high-speed and high-precision coating;
• The servo drive adopts Modbus communication bus control, which has strong anti-interference and high control accuracy, and can save energy by at least 15% or more compared with other control forms;
• The independently developed and designed high-precison slot die coating mold ensures the smoothness of the adhesive surface;
• Standard configuration: 1) UV curing system for silicone oil;

Machine Details

Non-scratch Rotary Bar Coating Die
1. The die body is made of special wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant die steel, and the lip is made of imported alloy steel measuring rod. The internal flow channel design of the coating head is reasonable, with delicate flow distribution and even flow channels polished.
2. Die adjustment method: the up and down, front and back angles can be adjusted. The banner can be adjusted locally.

Single Station Unwinding Unit With Air Shaft
1. The unwinding unit uses the 40mm steel plate and supported by steel tube;
