Function:
- This machine is equipped with high-quality ceramic anilox cylinder to transfer the ink.
- Each plate is adjustable for 360-degree.
- With accurate ink transfer from 100LPI to 1200LPI
- Auto Web-guiding
- Auto tension for unwinding is controlled by magnetic powder
- It's convenient to lift the material by pneumatic cylinder for unwinding and rewinding.
- Each printing unit is driven by 1 servo motor,with one photoelectric eye for each unit.
- Each station is equipped with IR dryer. (UV dryer is optional.)
- When the machine stops, the ink rollers come off from the machine automatically, keeping rotating, preventing the ink from drying. The plate cylinder also separate automatically from the impression roller which prevent for damage the plate with pressing the plate for a long time
- This machine is equipped with turn bar, which can be printed on both sides.
- Rewinding is controlled by variety inventor motor with big feed
- Cold foil, lamination optional.
- Die-cutting station is equipped with coreless wasting which is cost-effective.
